HIV/AIDS RESOURCES CATALOG AND CD

Role: Designed, laid out, and edited text for this catalog in Adobe InDesign. Also compiled all HIV/AIDS resources for CD; designed CD cover. Worked with printer to accurately match Pantone colors as four colors.

Objective/Purpose: Two-page 8.5 x 11-in. inpublications catalog and CD to disseminate at conferences.

Results: Since I have disseminated this catalog to AIDS-related organizations and at events, publications sales and downloads from Web site have substantially increased. Also, I've received feedback about how accessible the publications on the CD are to people who do not have Internet connections that support large PDF downloads.

DPR invite interior

I had the pleasure of working with Jackie for four years at DPR Construction, Fairfax, VA. Suffice it to say during this time, Jackie not only demonstrated amazing creativity in everything she embraced, but was also able to infect her peers with her insurmountable enthusiasm. She has a natural and endless flow of mentally capturing a concept and breathing it to life in copy form! Jackie is truly an artist in every sense of the word.

INVITATION TO FALL FEST

Role: Coordinating with event committee members, I designed and created this invitation using CorelDraw. I contracted and directed a photographer to capture the essence of the open DPR office. I warmed the photograph colors in Photoshop to evoke a fall-like feel. To maintain the DPR brand image, I displayed the neon DPR sign as the invitation logo and used the standard DPR fonts in the invitation text. I coordinated with local vendor for printing and mailing to over 500 clients.

Objective/Purpose: The 7 x 5 in. card opens to display the 14 x 5 in. view of DPR's new office, where the general contractor held its first Fall Fest. DPR prides itself on its core values, listed to the right, and hoped to introduce new clients and remind current clients of its philosophy.

Results: DPR had more attendees than expected, and several invitees praised the invitation's design.

Objective/Purpose: This was a four-color full-page ad for an annual trade directory.

Results: Potential clients and subcontractors had a visual aid of the wide spectrum of technical projects DPR built

EXHIBIT PANELS

Role: Using a stock photo and DPR project photos, I created these panels in CorelDraw. I matched the same colors and fonts to the corresponding marketing collateral. I saved the file in EPS format for the printer.

Objective/Purpose: Three panels for tradeshow exhibit, each 23.75 x 48.75 in. The third panel can be interchanged with a different market sector-related panel for specific tradeshows.

Results: Potential clients and subcontractors can view the healthcare projects DPR builds. DPR exhibitors have an interchangeable exhibit they can use for tradeshows that will not become dated.
