Jim Griffin, Senior Health Advisor, USAID/Kabul
Griffin is a CEDPA/TAACS advisor for USAID and the Chief Technical Officer for the REACH project. Earlier this year, Afghanistan President Hamid Karzi awarded Griffin the High Level Government medal for his role in reconstructing Afghanistan’s health sector and help in developing the Ministry of Public Health’s capacity.

Sallie Craig Huber, Program Manager for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, MSH/REACH
Huber is Program Manager with the REACH Program in Afghanistan, which increases access to basic health services by Afghan women and children, promotes health education and strengthens the health system in Afghanistan. She has 35 years of experience in public health, population and reproductive health.

Since 1991, CEDPA has assisted the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in the implementation of priority programs by providing Technical Advisors in AIDS, Child Survival, Infectious Diseases, Population and Basic Education (TAACS). CEDPA is responsible for recruiting, employing and supporting TAACS who provide long term technical and managerial assistance to various USAID technical offices in Washington, DC and missions worldwide.
