I've loved taking photographs since I received my first 35mm camera for Christmas in 1983. My parents gave me a Kodak that I took with me on my first trip abroad.

Since then, I've taken a camera with me nearly every place I've visited. My husband is also an amateur photographer. We've been fortunate enough to have captured some pretty spectacular sights along the way.

Here's a sample showing how vivid Fall can be in Washington, DC.
